” URL not in property ” Inspect a URL in the currently selected property or switch properties.

Simply check your URLs

1. http:// www.yourwebsite.com
2. https://www.yourwebsite.com
3. http://yourwebsite.com
4. https://yourwebsite.com

which URL type you have used? Use the right URL, whatever you have used/specified while you had signed up in the console.
